Limousine Services Booking Notes (as at SEP 2022)

Booking & Booking Confirmation

Booking can be made through a phone call, SMS, and Messaging Apps. Upon booking enquiry received, CHRIS LiMO will return with a confirmation message with job reference number and job details. To expedite the booking process, Booking Personnel (Host) are advised to provide, or get ready, the following information in their inquires.

  1. Book-By/Host…. (Booking Personnel Name, Contact No., and  E-mail.)
     

  2. Type of Service
    a.  Single Trip Transfer
    b.  Hourly Rated Chartering
    c.  Airport Transfer - Arrival
    d.  Airport Transfer – Departure

     

  3. Event Date & Time; and the duration for hourly chartering.
     

  4. Pick-Up Location / stop-over (if any) / End destination (Drop-off)
     

  5. Name of Passenger, and Contact Number (if  possible)
     

  6. Load:  No. of Passenger & Luggage.
     

  7. Additional/Special Instruction:  e.g. additional stop, baby-seats, or language proficiency etc.

 

Job-in-Progress - Status Reporting and Notification 
Chris Limo admins, call center, or the assigned driver will be notifying the Host (booking personnel) from time to time regarding the booking, via any suitable messaging App. This is to ensure the Host (or the booking personnel) that we, the service provider are aware of the booking.

24hrs - 6hrs prior to the job commencement - Chris Limo admin will send messages confirming our awareness of your bookings, and the details of the driver (Name, Contact Nos, Vehicle Type, and Vehicle Registration No.)

60 - 45 mins before job commencement - Driver will report status "OTW" (on-the-way)

10-5 mins before job commencement - Driver will report status "OTS" (on-the-spot)

Pax-in-concern at sight and greeted - Driver will report status "POB" (pax-on-board)

Pax-in-concern reached destination - Driver will report status "JC" (job completed)

Driver may also notify the Host of estimated time to reach destination during transit if there is a receiving party at the end destination. Host shall have every reason to call Chris Limo to check on the status should any of them are not reported by the tabulated time.

Fares and Charges

Apart from the Fares Guide listed in the CHRIS LiMO website - www.chrislimo.com.sg/services , additional request during job-in-progress  might incur additional charges to the base fare quoted.

  1. Meet & Greet (upon arrival)
    Drivers, or job coordinators, will standby at the airport arrival hall with signage bearing the guest’s name (or company’s logo) to receive the arriving guests. This is a useful service especially for arriving guests who are VIPs of booking personnel, or overseas guests who are not familiar with our airport.

     

  2. Additional Stop & Change of Drop-off Location
    Passenger, for whatever reason, may request for unpreceded stop along a paid trip, or change of destination. Such request may incur additional charges which will be billed to the booking personnel after the job is done.

     

  3. Waiting Time & Delays
    For a single trip transfer, waiting fee applies if the passenger is picked up after 15 minutes of the booked time, up to maximum of 30 min. Thereafter, subject to driver’s availability, it shall be considered as “Second Order”, or converted to "Hourly Rated".
    For airport arrival, CHRIS LiMO, or the drivers, will monitor the “Landing Time” of the flight and advise standby starting time, which is normally 20 mins after flight lands. The “waiting time charges” will commerce 60 minutes after that.  Booking personnel are to alert CHRIS LiMO if the arriving guest is a “fast pax”; which means he has no check-in luggage and is able to clear the custom fast because of “residence status”. 
    Waiting time charges does not apply to Hourly Rated Chartering (also known as Disposal) and delays due to traffic condition.

     

  4. Converting to Hourly Rated Chartering
    If the duration of any job which exceeds 75 mins (excluding delays due to traffic condition), the job will automatically be converted to Hourly Rated Chartering (disposal) with minimum of 2 hours' charges. All other waiting charges, or “second order” shall be waived. Conversion is also subject to driver’s availability.

     

Payment - Term & Condition

CHRIS LiMO booking confirmation takes effect when payment is fully received for first time customers, unless otherwise agreed and approved by CHRIS LiMO. Payment may be made through Credit Card (powered by STRIPE or HitPay), instant transfer through PayNow, PayLah, PayPal, and Wechat Pay; or bank transfer.  Please contact Christopher Tay of CHRIS Limo at +65 9699 3703 for payment matters.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to job commencement - no charge.

Cancellation 24 - 6 hours prior to job commencement - 50% of base fare.

Cancellation less than 6 hours prior to job commencement - 100% of base fare

Cancellation of Hourly Rated service 6 hours prior to job commencement - 2 hours' rate charged

Change of Date & Timing of job 2 hours prior to job commencement - 20% of base fare

Change of destination (less than 10km difference) before "Pax-on-Board" - no charge

Disclaimer

Chris Limo, being the service provider, though will ensure all vehicles and drivers engaged are qualified for the jobs, shall not be responsible for any mishaps  that  leads to damage, loss of personal effects, or disruption to customer's schedule which leads to a financial loss, or any losses that  are not covered by the vehicle's insurance, due to the drivers' negligence.  Compensation to customers are simply out of good will and does not imply as accepting liability.  Compensation shall be limited to 2 times of fare, or S$200 whichever is lower.
